We accept returns in cases where there was a manufacturer defect with the product. This must be documented with a photo. Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons other than the product having a physical defect that makes it unusable. In these cases we will replace the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in it’s original packaging.
Any other returns are at the discretion of WorkoutAid and will incur a minimum 25% restocking fee to cover our costs of shipping, handling, and labor.

To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Please do not ship items back to the manufacturer without getting in contact with us first.
If your item is deemed eligible for return, once it has been received by us and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they come defective or damaged.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift sender had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift sender. In this case, the original customer will find out about the return.
If you would like to return an item, please note that you will be responsible for paying the cost of shipping for returning your item. At this time, shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for your return, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the return / exchange shipping time will vary.
Please note: If you are shipping items over $75 in value, we advise that you should consider using a trackable shipping service or consider purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
